RETURNS

Unless there is additional agreement, qualitative products are not returned or replaced.

Based on the „Retail Trade Rules“ approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania with Decision No. 738 of the 22nd of July 2014 (part 17), the customer‘s request to return or replace qualitative products can be accomplished only with the seller‘s acceptance.

Delivery fee is not returned. 

In case of return – the shipment costs are paid by the buyer.
